An Open-Door leadership style and its impact on your workplace culture
Whenever I've had an office, I've maintained an 'open door' policy. If my door is open, team members at any level are encouraged to walk in and talk. If I don't have an office, the same principle applies; just walk up to my desk, and I'll stop what I'm doing so we can chat.
