Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Tony, a hands-on, senior leader with a passion for helping organisations and people reach their full potential.
I've worked in high-hazard petrochemical production and manufacturing facilities, major mining operations, on multi-billion dollar construction projects and in professional consultancy services in both Australia and the UK. Along the way, I've developed and implemented strategy and culture change at executive levels, led teams through challenging turnarounds, guided businesses through rapid growth, and built a reputation for fostering innovation, resilience, and excellence, wherever I go.
My story is grounded in real-world experience.
